Teresa has been working at Jack Bradley agency since 2005 but has been in the insurance industry since 1987. This wealth of experience is invaluable in providing quality insurance service to our customers. She recently obtained her Certified Insurance Service Representative certificate. In addition to her role as an agent and customer service representative, she also serves as our agency’s claims manager.

You can always expect her to handle your claim needs with compassion and concern. When not working at Jack Bradley Agency, Teresa enjoys listening to classic rock music and attending concerts, her all-time favorite being Fleetwood Mac. According to Teresa, “they rocked.” She also appreciates watching football games and spending time with her two beautiful children.

A true Habersham County native, she adores traveling to the mountains to leaf watch in the fall. However, she also loves escaping to the beach and is looking forward to one day retiring near the coast. The office isn’t particularly surprised by this, as everyday is a struggle to keep her from turning up the thermostat—which just happens to be conveniently located very close to her office.
